1 year at a time and require renewal when they
expire. This cost is included in our web site
package and yearly renewal fees. We will research
and find the best possible web site address for
your hotel. If you currently have a web site address
we can use that, otherwise we will register one
for you. We will suggest possible choices, and
you can select from those or you can suggest your
own if it's available.

in our renewal fees. We host all the web sites
we design on our very own servers. They are maintained
to make sure your web site is always available

so that if data is lost, we can fully restore
your website quickly and without interruption

accounts are included with our web site package.
The benefits of our email service is that you
can send & receive email from any computer
online using our webmail system. You can also
use Microsoft Outlook or other related email program
if you like. Your new email address will be easy
to remember & project a professional image
because it will be a part of your hotel website
address.
Instead
of a generic email address such as: "bobsmith@aol.com"
you would have "bobsmith@yourhotel.com".
Another advantage of your new unique email address
is that you can keep your personal email separate
from your hotel related email. We can create both
personal and business accounts for you.
You
will be able to select your new email account
names. If you have a current email address, we
can forward the mail to that account if you like.

for you as part of our yearly renewal fees. If
you would like to make changes, offer a special,
create an online coupon, etc., you simply let
us know what you want, and we'll take care of
it - at no extra cost! So if you recently completed
a remodel and want to update the pictures on your
site all you have to do is contact us and provide
the new photos. Anytime you add new amenities-
let us know so we can update your web site. Its
a good idea to update your site to keep it fresh
and provide seasonal specials / packages. **please
note, basic updates such as those described are
included in our package pricing & renewal
fees. However, any major updates or changes to
the web site's overall design will cost extra.
